Since our formation in 2002 -true to our mission of promoting artistic, cultural and literary talents in the American PRAVASI Malayalee community, MAM is giving more choice to the community and provides a forum for the development of artistic, cultural and literary talents.
MAM was inaugurated by the Deputy Ambassador of India Dr. Alok Prasad in 2002.

Mr. Joseph Pothen-MAM Founding President & current Board of Trustee Vice-Chairman was
unanimously elected by the General Council at the meeting held in MAM
International Head Quarters in Towson, Maryland on May 1, 2011.

MAM literary & Journalist awards 2012

Malayalee Association of Maryland (MAM) is conducting yet another GLOBAL AWARDS in Malayala Sahithyam & Best Journalist areas. This decision was made at the General Council held on May 1, 2011 at MAM’s Headquarters. This is MAM’s 6th GLOBAL EVENT since MAM was formed in 2002.
