MAM established a BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT) right after the formation of MAM in 2002.
MAM established the BOT to protect the Vital Interests of MAM to make sure sound planning and continuance of MAM.
The FOUNDING EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE was converted as Board of Trustees with Founding Chairman Thomas P. Antony as BOARD of TRUSTEE CHAIRMAN and Founding Vice Chairman Mr. JOSEPH POTHEN as the BOT Vice –Chairman.
Other BOT Members are the remaining FOUNDING Members.
Board of Trustees powers are extensive including but not limited to:
Veto any decisions of the Executive Commiittee if they appear to be against the VITAL INTERESTS of MAM
Dismissal of the CURRENT CHAIRMAN or ANY OFFICIAL thereof if they ACT AGAINST THE VITAL INTERESTS OF MAM
Dismissal of the current Executive Committee if they act or appear to act again the the VITAL INTERESTS OF MAM
